Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PROS1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,577 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PROS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SERPINE1, IL6, and FLT1. Each is linked with PROS1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PROS1-to-partner and partner-to-PROS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PROS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PROS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
