PROS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PROS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,289 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PROS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNW1, KNOP1, and DBN1. Each is linked with PROS1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PROS1-to-partner and partner-to-PROS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PROS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PROS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
