Across TCGA patient cohorts, PROS1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PROS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, mTOR_pS2448, and ATM. Each is linked with PROS1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PROS1-to-partner and partner-to-PROS1 results are reported.
