PRORSD1P

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRORSD1P RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,652 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRORSD1P-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SPR, ZNF638, and PRPF4B. Each is linked with PRORSD1P in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRORSD1P-to-partner and partner-to-PRORSD1P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRORSD1P versus SPR in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.23.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRORSD1P→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRORSD1P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
