PRORP

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRORP RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,980 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRORP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial RNA 5'-end processing, Mitochondrial tRNA 5'-end processing, and Protein localization to condensed chromosome. Each is linked with PRORP in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRORP-to-partner and partner-to-PRORP results are reported.
