Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRORP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,427 significant associations in total. URINARY_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRORP-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZDHHC2, C9orf72, and NUDCD2. Each is linked with PRORP in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRORP-to-partner and partner-to-PRORP results are reported.
