Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRORP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRORP-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYH2, OR14C36, and OR2W1. Each is linked with PRORP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRORP-to-partner and partner-to-PRORP results are reported.
