PROKR2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PROKR2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,998 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PROKR2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PYM1, ADD1, and IDH1. Each is linked with PROKR2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PROKR2-to-partner and partner-to-PROKR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PROKR2 versus PYM1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.21.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PROKR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PROKR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
