Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PROKR2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,454 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PROKR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC22A3, DDX12P, and CDCA2. Each is linked with PROKR2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PROKR2-to-partner and partner-to-PROKR2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PROKR2 versus SLC22A3 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PROKR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PROKR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
