PROKR2

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PROKR2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PROKR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, Cyclin-B1, and PDK1_pS241. Each is linked with PROKR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PROKR2-to-partner and partner-to-PROKR2 results are reported.
