Across TCGA patient cohorts, PROKR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,085 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PROKR1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Maintenance of cell number, Golgi organization, and Regulation of microtubule cytoskeleton organization. Each is linked with PROKR1 in more than 24 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PROKR1-to-partner and partner-to-PROKR1 results are reported.
