PROKR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PROKR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 86 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PROKR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are BEND2, NCR1, and PON3. Each is linked with PROKR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PROKR1-to-partner and partner-to-PROKR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BEND2 grouped by PROKR1-low versus PROKR1-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PROKR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PROKR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
