The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher PROK2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PROK2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LIHC and PRAD are the cancer types where PROK2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
