Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PROK2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,440 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PROK2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RETN, BPI, and MMP8. Each is linked with PROK2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PROK2-to-partner and partner-to-PROK2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PROK2 versus RETN in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PROK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PROK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
