Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PROK2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,221 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PROK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1320P, OR2W4P, and APIP. Each is linked with PROK2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PROK2-to-partner and partner-to-PROK2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1320P grouped by PROK2-low versus PROK2-high in BRCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PROK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PROK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
