Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PROK2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PROK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, Heregulin, and Shc_pY317. Each is linked with PROK2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PROK2-to-partner and partner-to-PROK2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 14-3-3_beta grouped by PROK2-low versus PROK2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PROK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PROK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
