PROK1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PROK1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 207 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PROK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCDC3, GUF1, and CCL28. Each is linked with PROK1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PROK1-to-partner and partner-to-PROK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCDC3 grouped by PROK1-low versus PROK1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PROK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PROK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
