PRODH2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRODH2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,506 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRODH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02340, RN7SKP145, and RNA5SP204. Each is linked with PRODH2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRODH2-to-partner and partner-to-PRODH2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC02340 grouped by PRODH2-low versus PRODH2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRODH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRODH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
