Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRODH2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRODH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, Rab11, and 4E-BP1. Each is linked with PRODH2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRODH2-to-partner and partner-to-PRODH2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MEK1 grouped by PRODH2-low versus PRODH2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRODH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRODH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
