Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PROCR mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PROCR data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CCRCC), where higher PROCR mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PROCR expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC show a favorable association.

CCRCC, UCEC, and HNSC are the cancer types where PROCR mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
