PROB1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PROB1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,475 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PROB1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGAP31_S1432, CMBL, and PANK3. Each is linked with PROB1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PROB1-to-partner and partner-to-PROB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PROB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PROB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
