Across TCGA cell cohorts, PROB1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,398 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PROB1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Establishment of RNA localization, RNA localization, and Regulation of cilium assembly. Each is linked with PROB1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PROB1-to-partner and partner-to-PROB1 results are reported.
