PRND

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRND RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,933 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRND-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AEBP1, ZYX, and JCAD. Each is linked with PRND in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRND-to-partner and partner-to-PRND results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRND versus AEBP1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRND→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRND) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
