Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRMT9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,729 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRMT9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HPF1, NEK1_S1052, and NEK1_S837. Each is linked with PRMT9 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRMT9-to-partner and partner-to-PRMT9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRMT9 versus HPF1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRMT9→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRMT9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
