Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRMT9 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,306 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRMT9-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS27L, ADAMTS18, and SLC51A. Each is linked with PRMT9 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRMT9-to-partner and partner-to-PRMT9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRMT9 versus RPS27L in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.31.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRMT9→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRMT9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
