Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRMT9 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,513 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRMT9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ABCE1, DPH5, and LRRC40. Each is linked with PRMT9 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRMT9-to-partner and partner-to-PRMT9 results are reported.
