Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRMT9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,544 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRMT9-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2V2, B3GNTL1P1, and MIR3661. Each is linked with PRMT9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRMT9-to-partner and partner-to-PRMT9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR2V2 grouped by PRMT9-low versus PRMT9-high in LGG.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRMT9→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRMT9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
