Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRMT9 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRMT9-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACC1, JNK_pT183_Y185, and cIAP. Each is linked with PRMT9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRMT9-to-partner and partner-to-PRMT9 results are reported.
