Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRMT9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,674 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRMT9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Autophagosome organization, DNA alkylation repair, and Endoplasmic reticulum to Golgi vesicle-mediated transport. Each is linked with PRMT9 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRMT9-to-partner and partner-to-PRMT9 results are reported.
