PRMT7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRMT7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,605 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRMT7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FTO, CFDP1, and TERF2IP. Each is linked with PRMT7 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRMT7-to-partner and partner-to-PRMT7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRMT7 versus FTO in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRMT7→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRMT7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
