PRMT7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRMT7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,549 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRMT7-associated genes across cancer lineages are NOL3, TRBV5-4, and LINC00892. Each is linked with PRMT7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRMT7-to-partner and partner-to-PRMT7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRMT7 versus NOL3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.23.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRMT7→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRMT7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
