PRMT7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRMT7 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRMT7-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, ASNS, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with PRMT7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRMT7-to-partner and partner-to-PRMT7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Notch1 grouped by PRMT7-low versus PRMT7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRMT7→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRMT7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
