PRMT7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRMT7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRMT7-associated genes across cancer lineages are USP17L11, KRTAP21-2, and ADAD1. Each is linked with PRMT7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRMT7-to-partner and partner-to-PRMT7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, USP17L11 grouped by PRMT7-low versus PRMT7-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRMT7→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRMT7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
