PRMT7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRMT7 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 6,075 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRMT7-associated genes across cancer lineages are BOD1L1, TDRD6, and PANK4. Each is linked with PRMT7 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRMT7-to-partner and partner-to-PRMT7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BOD1L1 grouped by PRMT7-low versus PRMT7-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRMT7→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRMT7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
