PRMT3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRMT3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,449 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRMT3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are C11orf58, SCRIB, and NAT10. Each is linked with PRMT3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRMT3-to-partner and partner-to-PRMT3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRMT3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRMT3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
