PRMT3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRMT3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,182 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRMT3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SH2D3C, RCAN2, and NME1. Each is linked with PRMT3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRMT3-to-partner and partner-to-PRMT3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRMT3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRMT3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
