PRMT3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRMT3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRMT3-associated genes across cancer lineages are STAT5a, EGFR_pY1068, and A-Raf_pS299. Each is linked with PRMT3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRMT3-to-partner and partner-to-PRMT3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRMT3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRMT3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
