Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRMT3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRMT3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRRG3, HTR2C, and ZIC3. Each is linked with PRMT3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRMT3-to-partner and partner-to-PRMT3 results are reported.
