PRMT2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRMT2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,730 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRMT2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SRP68, NOP2_T195, and ITSN1. Each is linked with PRMT2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRMT2-to-partner and partner-to-PRMT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRMT2 versus SRP68 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRMT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRMT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
