Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRMT2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,306 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRMT2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of stress-activated protein kinase signaling cascade, Regulation of focal adhesion assembly, and Caveolin-mediated endocytosis. Each is linked with PRMT2 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRMT2-to-partner and partner-to-PRMT2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of stress-activated protein kinase signaling cascade grouped by PRMT2-low versus PRMT2-high in LIVER.
