Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRMT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRMT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GML, IL2, and SLC35G3. Each is linked with PRMT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRMT2-to-partner and partner-to-PRMT2 results are reported.
