PRMT1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRMT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,369 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRMT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are POLD1, CTDSPL2, and SMARCA5. Each is linked with PRMT1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRMT1-to-partner and partner-to-PRMT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRMT1 versus POLD1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRMT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRMT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
