Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRMT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,474 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRMT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL598P, RN7SL837P, and PHBP17. Each is linked with PRMT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRMT1-to-partner and partner-to-PRMT1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL598P grouped by PRMT1-low versus PRMT1-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRMT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRMT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
