Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRMT1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRMT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Annexin-1, Cyclin-B1, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with PRMT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRMT1-to-partner and partner-to-PRMT1 results are reported.
