PRM3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRM3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 78 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRM3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-440P, RNU6-1290P, and RNU4-73P. Each is linked with PRM3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRM3-to-partner and partner-to-PRM3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-440P grouped by PRM3-low versus PRM3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRM3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRM3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
