Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRM3 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRM3-associated genes across cancer lineages are naive B-cells and Mast cells. Each is linked with PRM3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRM3-to-partner and partner-to-PRM3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, naive B-cells grouped by PRM3-low versus PRM3-high in COAD.
