PRM3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRM3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 161 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRM3-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGDCC3, MTMR4, and RAB11FIP5. Each is linked with PRM3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRM3-to-partner and partner-to-PRM3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGDCC3 grouped by PRM3-low versus PRM3-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRM3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRM3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
