Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRM2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 339 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are HSCB, NXT2, and CD9. Each is linked with PRM2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRM2-to-partner and partner-to-PRM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRM2 versus HSCB in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.70.
