Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRM2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 552 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRGJP2, MIR4804, and RNU6-1169P. Each is linked with PRM2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRM2-to-partner and partner-to-PRM2 results are reported.
