Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRM2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FOXO3a_pS318_S321, MEK1, and Notch1. Each is linked with PRM2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRM2-to-partner and partner-to-PRM2 results are reported.
